Thanks for this suggestion. It’s definitely a great idea.

I just have some questions about the concentrations of standard and test sample in a relative potency assay. Do they have to be exactly the same? What if the standard’s stock concentration is slightly different than test sample’s? Can I process them by the same serial dilution scheme, and then plot the data with their actual concentrations? Will that affect the assay?
